Lost ability to select programs to record on-line

I just visited the TV listings on-line to select tonight's programs to record and found that the red buttons that you select to record either the episode or the series are totally missing. I certainly hope this is a temporary thing and not permaent.

Anyone know what's going on?

I had the same problem.  Can no longer record a show from the myverizon web site.  I also can no longer see a list of my scheduled recordings on the web site.  Only see those shows already recorded.  Very frustrating.
