Main Box box won't update but Mini Boxes did - Flashing Green Light

So I feel like I have this issue every time there is a software update.   My main box gets a flashing green light and never goes away.    Now for transparency I run my own Router from the ONT and then have the FIOS router connected to my Router so my TV stuff still works.

Both my 2 mini boxes updated to the new software (guide etc) but the main box hasn't, it just keeps flashing a green light.    In the past I'd have to call Verizon and usually they make me disconnect my router, reset theirs, push the update and then reset up mine all over.    There has to be an easier way to do this.  Why were the mini boxes able to update but the main one couldn't with my layout?

Any help would be great.
