Hello, i had fios tv setup yesterday, and everything works fine except i cant get my iphone or ipad to use the remote control app. I get to the point where you have to register your device through the widget and says checking registration but it always fails. It also says mobile remote is disabled, how do i enable it so ican pair my obile devices? The remote dvr app works fine no issue but incant get this to work, any suggestions?
