Multi Room DVR

I just received a new DVR from Verizon for self installation the model # is QIP 72161  is this a Multi-Room DVR or do I need an upgrade?

Any of Verizon's DVRs can be a multi-room DVR, no hardware difference, all software. You just need to activate the multi-room feature on it.

click dvr and then scroll to mrdvr troubleshooter   see what it says when you run it.
