My mobile app listings changed to display NY channels

At one point, my mobile app listings were correct, but they changed so that I am seeing NY channels instead of Philly local channels. I have deleted and reinstalled, but no change. Help please...

Me again. It has now been 9 days, and no replies, are there actual Verizon reps monitoring these boards? I see that there are over 50 views, that tells me that this isn't a unique problem. Can I get some support please?

This is a peer to peer support forum, Verizon does not monitor it, although occasionally some employees will contribute to a discussion. If you have technical issues you need to contact Verizon directly.
