No FIOS TV Signal but I can stream Netflix, Sling etc

I have a Samsung Smart TV, I can stream from my apps but my FIOS TV wont deliver a picture. I reset the set top box several times with no luck. Any suggestions?

If you hit guide to you see that channel listings? If so then it might be the main fios box(ONT).
