No HD picture quality

Recently activated Code 006385 (HD box). Can receive all HD channels OK, but cannot receive HD picture quality. ? ?

Make sure your main menu > settings > video format is set to the correct HD setting (1080i or 720p).

make sure you are not using the yellow on the rca plugs, on the back of your tv or back of your box at all. 

either use the component video or hdmi. 

flip between channel 100 and 600 for sd vs hd and make sure you are 1080 i in the menu.
