No Prime TV that is just SD--I'm paying for useless 'HD' content

Why are we forced to pay for HD channels as part of Prime TV -- SD? I can't watch them and they are 'bundled' with the SD channels I do watch all the time. All I want is to pay for the SD channels that go with the less expensive to rent SD STB and STOP paying for things I cannot (and do not want to) access?

Adding insult to injury, they just pulled The Weather Channel, with no notice and no input from their subscribers!

If there were a good alternative, I'd switch, but Xfinity (Comcast) is not a viable alternative.

We are forced to have SD channels when all we watch is HD channels.

This situation is common with almost all providers.  Incidently you could watch HD channels if you had a HD BOX, even if your TV is SD.  These days they no longer give out SD boxes.
