No audio for voices on CNN

We can not get voice sound on CNN and some other channels.  Some ads on other channels have no voice sounds.

First make sure in the Fios box audio settings SAP or secondary audio channel is NOT selected.

Are you using a soundbar or receiver for your sound? If so make sure the center channel is on or enabled, or volume for center is turned up to a correct level. Since Fios converts everything to DD5.1, most voices play through the center channel. If no soundbar or receiver,  make sure the TV is setup for DD 5.1.
