I've had Fios for almost a year with no problems until recently a problem popped up with some HD channels. No audio or very low audio until the program goes to commercial and the audio is fine i.e. sporting event. It only occurs on a few channels changing out cables and resetting box hasn't worked. Anyone have the same problem?
Are you running the audio through a home theater audio receiver, or are you running it straight to the TV?
How is your equipment connected? HDMI, component, optical, RCA?
i found the problem it was my screw up.
