I've tried watching a few different television programs on a few different On-Demand channels and every single one of them are pixelated, glitchy and the screen continually freezes. Is there anything that can be done to correct this?
for fios, the on demand works through the home router. So make sure to reboot the home router, then reboot the set top box and try again. you can reboot the set top box by clicking menu > customer support > in home agent and then select reboot set top box
If that doesn't work the MOCA levels (what the vod travels on) may be low. you can check that by clicking the following link.
I am having the same issue.... Seem like mostly on HD On-Demand channels. Any solutions on this? Or is it possible it is a Verizon issue on the server end? It's not ALL of the HD On-Demand channels... only some.....
