Trying to watch episodes of “The Oval” on BET On Demand and it’s cutting off the last few minutes of every single episode!

Same issue - July 2020. Not to mention I have spent 5 hours of my past 48 on hold with Verizon. Never spoke with a human that could help. Transfer...transfer. Customer service is important and easy. 😉

I waited for about a month for Verizon to finally respond to the trouble ticket that was escalated. They said they could not replicate the problem and closed the ticket. I will cut the cable once my contract is up.

It's May 2021 and this is STILL HAPPENING!!!! Every episode of chopped is cut off early, you never get to see who wins!

I’m waiting out my contract and returning to directv. This platform is horrific. You can’t continue to a next episode in an in demand series without exiting and searching fir the show again and finding e next episode. It’s unreal. So many ridiculous extra steps, I wonder at who out this new guide together. Cant wait to leave.
