I have a PS3 and a Wii. Neither one can make contact to the Internet through my wireless network. I have a laptop that makes connection with no problem. However I cannot access the DVR from my PC. I am using the following:
Router - MI424-WR
HD/DVR - Motorola QIP6416-2

I know the Wii requires a WPA2 security connection vs. the default WEP connection that Verizon's Wireless Gateway provides. To adjust this you must log into your wireless gateway and change the security to WPA2 and then connect your Wii. Not sure if te PS3 hasthe same issue or not. I use the default WEP and am able to connect my laptop, xbox 360 and my blu-ray player with no issues.

my ps3 and wii both work fine with wep as well but then I use a different router. Never can tell, some devices just like different security settings. Cant hurt to try.
to access the router. go to the computer. open your browser and type 192.168.1.1
it will ask you to sign in.
username = admin
password = password or password1 or (the serial number on your router)
