Pixelation on DVR's recordings and other stations

So I did the diagnostics and found the following

Inband 1

Uncorrected errors 2

Corrected errors 42427

SNR 27.9 Poor

Inband 2

Uncorrected errors 0

Corrected errors 8022

SNR 28.3 Poor

I tightened all connections, did a reboot of the dvr and did not get any substantial change to the SNR in either bands..

What's my next step?

Check any splitters in your house then call tech support. As your signal is poor you might need a new ONT.
