But I am extremely disappointed that Verizon is wasting bandwidth by adding this 6 useless HD channels.
You have customers like myself chomping at the bit to see AMC HD, Spike HD, Comedy Central HD, NASA TV, Cartoon Network HD, IFC HD among others and instead we get these 6 wastes of HD channel slots. All 6 of these channels should be combined into one single channel (and even then they still wouldn’t have enough original programming to fill a single day).
I know this question has been asked over and over and over but will they be adding the channels we customers want any time in the next year or so? I truly hope that these 6 channels are NOT the only new additions we are going to see this year. I wish they would give us an idea of which channels they intend on adding this year. I am as impatient as the next person!!

I agree completely. Any single ONE of the channels you mentioned would have been better than these. Nasa TV is free, from what has been said on this forum, and they still haven't added that channel. Perhaps the .TV channels are paying Verizon. Half their progamming seems to be informercials. Kudo's for your post.
If June is going to be such a big month, then let your customers and the world know what's about to happen.
Call me stupid, but maybe they should drop a press release.
Wonderful news Tim!!!
Now how about BBC-HD????
