Problems with fios mobile app
I can not login to the Fios Mobile appa on my IPad and iphone. Can anyone help me w/ this problem? I get an error message every time I try to sign on. It says "we apologize but we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again in a few minutes. error code: 408. " I have tried deleting and reinstalling app & it hasn't helped. Help!

I have the same problem...I get an error message (I think it's 408) ..but it only seems to happen in the evening.  I check it in the morning and it's working fine, but in the evening when I actually want to watch live TV on my ipad it doesn't work.
