My motorola box shows the following:

dEc
crc
I have reset my box and my router and it's still not working. Unplugged the coax cables as well....
can anyone help?
Sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing. The box is stuck in a download loop. This is a problem with one of two things. To rule out a signal issue, please temporarily connect the box in another location where a box is working fine. If it is still stuck in the download loop, there's an issue with the box. If that's the case, we can overnight ship you a new box. If it doesn't do that at the new location, there's an issue with the signal going to the other room and we will need to have a tech investigate the outlet and connection. Please reply back so we can take the correct actions on this.
