annyoed...can't get NFL redzone to activate. Why do we need to activate it anyway. Verizon activate our Red zone. Have been looking fward to this all off seasn...now it doesn't even work. Furious!

I just spoke to a woman who said outages like this typically take 2-3 hours to 1 full day to fix. Sigh....

Nothing in North Bergen, NJ either.  I hope a Verizon rep posts something here that we can see, since nobody can get through on the phone.
