After replacing my STB to fix another problem, over the last month, the new set top box has frozen several times when trying to watch recorded shows. It normally will freeze within the first 10-15 secs of the shows and the box has to be reset with the in-home agent to start working again. The STB model is QIP6416/2006. The recorded show will freeze the box each time attempting to view it. Very frustrating. Anyone have similar issues and have had it corrected? What was the resolution?
