Whenever something is rented or bought or played (free or not) on demand, the screen becomes glitchy with horizontal streaks across it, sound that is off, and/or slow refresh rates. I've called to get help fixing it, and have considered getting a new box, but this issue is present on both of our HD set top boxes.
