Series 3 HD-TiVo and M-series CableCard

I apologize if i am dense....can someone explain how i do a CABLECARD order...without a truck rollout fee.

Some say online, but i do not see it??help

Operators do not waive fee...so what do i do????

Just place the order for the CableCard over the phone.  There will be no fee, despite what they say.

Truck roll charges are waived for CableCards.
