For some reason VHO7 always seems to have problems/delays with channel adds. Remember WLNY-HD (channel 510)? It was added in VHO5 in July and did not make it to VHO7 until November. I have no idea what causes these delays.
Still not available in VHO5.... NYC.
Another site is saying that TVGUIDE HD will be available by 3/1/13.
The post on the other site also was referring to a reply from the programmer, which leads me to believe that Verizon is contractually obligated to have the channel up and running by that date. You'll probably see it sooner than that.
