40 mins on hold. Said it would be 9 to 18. Tried last night same story. Tried on line and automated fix but still pixels for over 12 hours. Hope I get a refund. Deserve more listening to this mind numbing music track!!!! Help!!!

Hey, have same problem on LI.....where are you? We upgrade the service and boxes less than a month ago. Never had a problem like this with old service and equipment!
