That page states:
Media Manager System Requirements
The system requirements to use Media Manager are:
PC requirements
I recently upgraded my computer's operating system (clean install) from Windows XP 32-bit Home to Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium.
Has Media Manager software been rewritten for, fully tested for, and is it fully compatible with Windows 7?
side question to this: was the updated done at the PC level or at the STB level?
my problem with the Media manager is that some videos will not play (codec issue?)
also, my iTunes playlists will show up on my tv dispite me importing them via the PC media manager.
thanks!
Windows 7 64bit and Vista 64bit are not supported. Changes on PC level for the most part.
thanks for the quick reply Javier, but what bit version of Vista does it work on?
keep in mind that I am able to view photos, listen to music, and view some videos through MM. Furthermore, when I tried to add a MP4 video file, the program shuts down on me.
The following link: http://www22.verizon.com/ResidentialHelp/HighSpeed/General%20Support/Top%20Questions/QuestionsOne/12... will let you see compatibilities. Media Manager is for 32 bit instruction.
