Some issues since new FiOS IMG

The new FiOS IMG (version 1.9 I think it is?) is nice, but the colors used make it harder to read, especially at a distance.  Have a 26" LCD in bedroom, used to be able to read the IMG and Guide fine, new one is harder to read.  Also, more importantly, ever since new IMG, many many times while watching things from the Multi-room DVR (500GB newer one), there are sound gaps during the playback, 3-10 seconds long.  I'm sure this is not a new feature, so I hope it can be fixed.

About the sound drop out, this is a signal disruption. Unscrew the coax from the wall to the set top box from both ends. Make sure the center pin is straight and has no corrosion then screw back in. If you are still having troubles, please send me a private message.
