TFTP and Port Triggering on the Actiontec. Is it used for STB updates.

Does anyone know if the img and STBs updates use TFTP port triggering that is enabled in the Actiontec?

Or is that just eneabled for the Actiontec firmware update useage?

Concerned that I may not get  1.6.2 when it is rolled out.

Does anyone know if the updates will get through when not running the Actiontec as the primary router?

All else seems to work fine. VOD, Guide Updates, and Widgets.
