Just got Fios Quantum TV yesterday and I cannot pause and/or rewind live TV on the client boxes. I can do so on the server box, but not on any of the other TV's in the house.
Any ideas?

Sounds like an issue with the VMS to me since it's happening on more then 1 client correct?
If you haven't already, reboot the main VMS box then turn it on to live tv. Go and reboot the client boxes. See if that fixes it.
If not check your connected device status.
On the main VMS go to Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Connected Device Status. Run that. Are they all in green or are any in red?
Next step would be to call tech support who can run some diagnostics on their end.
Yes, I am unable to pause on all 3 client boxes.
Just to be clear, to reboot the box I simply unplug it and plug it back in, correct? I'll try your suggestions when I am home later today. Thanks.

Yes you can do that or do it within the menu/support tools. A lot easier to just unplug them.
You may end up needing a tech to come back out if the reboots dont work. I've had to have a tech come out 3 times because my client boxes kept having issues. Twice for the client boxes. First time was an ont replacement since lightning fried it.
First client wouldnt show any picture after having it for a few months, 2nd one that Verizon sent to me wouldnt activate at all, and the 3rd died within 2 hours of it being connected. 4th one has been working fine and everything is working smoothly now. Tech even replaced my VMS for the heck of it.
If they do have to come out be sure to test everything out before he leaves and ask him for a business card. If there are anymore issues you can contact him directly like I did with mine.
I highly doubt your issues are with all 3 client boxes, but with the VMS itself.
