My Residential FIOS user name became discombobulated after having been assigned by Verizon as I was registering for the Rewards program. I was assigned {edited for privacy} but sometimes {edited for privacy} will be the only one to work. I would like to change the user name to a short, sweet, and simple string of letters, "rfdull".
My Verizon Wireless user name is my cell phonenumber {edited for privacy}. I would also like to have that user name be a short, sweet, and simple string of letters, to wit, {edited for privacy}.
Thereby both Fios and Wireless user name would be a short, sweet, and simple string of letters, {edited for privacy}.
Can someone tell me how to do that?????

For Verizon, log in to your account.
Go to My Verizon, Profile, Account settings.
You have an option to enter an email alias to use as your login name.
VZW is similar.
