I purchased a video about three weeks ago. A week ago, I received the same message. It still is not working. Has yours been fixed?

It has been about three weeks now and I'm still getting the same message: VOD request has timed out due to a network issue. Please try again later {VOD_268}. I am still not able to watch the movie that I PURCHASED!!! Has anyone had this problem before and if so how was it fixed??
I have this problem every time I rent a movie. It is not fixed and nobody at Verizon seems to care. The script readers in "customer service" have no amswers and it never goes anywhere else. Supervisors are never available, guess they have too many people trying to get help beyond the script readers level of ability. Once you are on a contract Verizon does not care about you or your problems with their service.
