VOD, particularly CBS will not allow me to FF through commercials. Why? I'm paying for the service, why am I being forced to watch commercials?
I've also had soproiadic issues with being unable to FF on my DVR. Are we going to see discounts on our bill if adds/commercials are going to be forced upon us?

AFAIK CBS still allows FF (at least they did the last time I used their VOD). As for the enabling of FF, that is up to the original provider (Fox and NBC I believe don't allow it) and not up to Verizon.

Don't blame Verizon, it is the networks. And that is their reasoning for letting you watch their shows for FREE. When I was on Comcast they would charge $0.99 to watch those shows on VOD. It's not Verizon's fault, blame CBS.
