...I could watch every baseball and football game for the teams of my choice.  I live in DC but want to watch all San Diego games (and not just "Red Zone plays.")  Make it so and I'll pay more for it!

Unfortunatly Direct TV has an exclusive on the NFL sunday ticket package. No other company can currently offer that. Although there is not a company out there that wouldnt jump at the chance to get it. I've heard a rumor that DTV's contract is going to expire soon and when it does other companies would be able to start getting it but I cannot find any confirmations of that.

Recently extended to 2014.
