WEATHER CHANNEL WIDGET ON FIOS NOT SHOWING UP ANYMORE?

Today when I checked the Weather Channel Widget on Fios it is suddenly not in the All widgets on FIOS TV WIDGETS List on both of my Set-Top boxes on 2 TV.'s or showing up on MY Widgets. I live in New Jersey 08879 zip code.

Is there an Issue or has it been Taken Away? 

This service is Extremely Valuable as I check Throughout the day for Weather Updates, Alerts, etc.  It is Extremely Accurate.

The Weatherbug Widget is Useless and never Correct/Accurate regarding the Weather.

Can someone please let me know what the issue/status is?

it was missing for me too, i called and they said it was out.     they told me to pull the power plug on the set top box, wait 30 seconds and it would come back.   it worked for me, so give it a shot.

Does your Weather Channel Widget come up on all TV Widgets; mine is not showing up.

I am not referring to the WeatherBug Widget that is worthless.

I find the Weather Channel Widget is always accurate.

I still am not getting it showing up.  Did they say how long it would be out for?

Are you located in New Jersey  or another state?

This problem has been corrected.  It is now up and functioning.

There is no excuse for the poor weather information or lack of local news/traffic on FIOS. The widgets are a major disappointment. The weather widget comes and goes and lacks much info  The baseball widget is a day behind and erases scores immediately after the game is done not allowing you to see what teams have done until the next day when the standings are updated.

Although I prefer FIOS overall to the local cable company blows Verizon away on these few issues.

To Verizon: Thank you for resuming the Weather Bug Widget on FiOS TV. Much better than Weather Channel Widget.

I'm not trying to be an idiot here, but why even use the weather widget? In my VHO we have a dedicated local weather channel powered by The Weather Channel, and there is also the SD Weather Channel and HD Weather Channel. (The SD Weather Channel does a better job showing our local weather than the HD channel for some reason.) Plus local weather is always just a click away on the internet. I always find these widgets to be clunky and rarely use them. I'm just wondering why they'd be the first place you'd turn for this information. Again, not trying to be critical or an idiot, just wondering.
