My DVR will record "scheduled" recordings - I can watch those recorded programs without a problem.... BUT I cannot watch Live TV!!!?? Anyone have a solution?????

What error or you getting when you try to watch live TV? Have you run the STB troubleshooter in the customer support area of the STB main menu?
when I try watching live TV the picture is "pixalated" (sp??) like it cannot receive the picture. But the DVR gets the picture obviously as when I play back a "scheduled" recording it is a great picture!! I have been on the phone with Verizon reps, have run the troubleshooter many times, still no success
