According to the FS West website, Verizon's alternante feed is on channel 1. Don't expect this to be available in HD, since it takes so much infrastructure work (plus creating a full time channel). This is a temporary situation created by an unusually long overlapping hockey and baseball season, plus the Dodgers are set to create their own, very expensive new channel next season. Next year at this time, providers will be fighting with Time Warner Cable over another brand new sports channel designed to gouge Southern California fans.
