I had a simular issue, I recently activated Fios service purchasing the Prime HD TV package. After having the service for a couple of days I realized that I would need to uprgrade my service because it did not include channels that I view regularly such as all ESPN channels, CBS Sports and Biography(weird selection of channels to be omit)I eventually had to upgrade to the Ultimate HD package which includes all ESPN channels, the Sports Package and the RedZone channel. Even with the Ultimate HD package, I find it weird that they do not include all movie channels. When I had service with Direct TV they included all movie channels in their "premier" package, so I was surprised that I still had to add on HBO, Encore and Starz. I really hope that Verizon takes a second look at which channels are included in their packages. The Ultimate HD package should include almost every channel that's not a specialty channel, such as spanish or 3D channels. If someone were to get the Extreme HD package It shoud include most channels as well, it is very weird their are channels that are not included with their high end packages that you would think would be included in their basic packages.

Huh? I have the Ultimate HD package and get every single channel, the premiums included.
Uh, its a sports channel.
They has been a trend in many of the cable/satellite TV offerings.
I believe its still included in the Ultimate package.
In reply to sangs ,you receive all the channels because you live in new jersey, and i think new york also have more cable competition than other areas. I still dont think its fair though, they should offer the same packages everywhere.

Ultimate is different in other areas? Wow. I would not pay what Ultimate costs if it did not include every available channel.
I think Ultimate is only different in NYC area. There all the movie packages are included.
I get them included on LI.
I pay extra for them in Bradenton, FL.
