I was going thru the channel list this evening and I was surprised to see that I have many HBO channels active.
I did not order this service
Is this a standard fios practice to give free service and bill the customer a couple of months later ?
Any idea on why I got free service

Since we haven't heard back from you or have received a form submission as requested in your private support case, it appears assistance is no longer required. If you need any future help with your Verizon service, please make a post here on the forums so we can assist.

In our situatio, we received an email from Verizon FiOS stating that it was a valued customer
free extended trial...another reason why we like being a Verizon customer.
Free HBO till January yea!
Just don't try to record...
I just renewed my contract with Verizon back on September 15th and as an added bonus I was suppose to receive free HBO until January. But less than a month into the new agreement my HBO was turned off today and there are no "notes" in my original agreement stating that I was suppose to receive free HBO.
Has anyone else had this experience? If so, what did you do to resolve the issue? I plan to visit with a Verizon representative at a local Verizon office tomorrow.
I wonder how they decide who to offer the free channels to? I've been a fios tv customer going on over 3 years, but i have never received such an offer other than the free previews evryone else gets. and my bill is over$300.00 a month with all 4 services and i always pay my bill on time.
