It may or may not have to do with the IMG 1.9 upgrade, but I've recently lost all access to the DVR from my iPhone app and iPad app.
I've tried repairing the DVR with my two iOS mobile devices, but it doesn't seem to work.
Anybody had similar experience?
Its not an issue with the apps, it has to do with the port mapping of the boxes. I accessed the account and notifications to the box were failing. I redid the port mapping and they are now successful. Please try again, it should be working for you.
I am also having difficulty accessing my DVR through the mobile app on my Droid. The indication is that "Request Timed Out.....There was a problem communicating with your set-top box......" This has been happening since the upgrade. I cannot view my DVR schedule or see what has been recorded already. Is there a process for users to reset things on their own?
