We record The King Of Queens from a couple of different channels. For the past month, the program info for each episode is for one of the other episodes so you can never tell until you start watching what the actual episode will be. Is this a problem with the guide provider VZ is using or is there anything we can do? All other series descriptions are accurate. Thanks.Welcome to the world of FYI, the god awful content provider Verizon uses for it's guide. As much as I would like to say this is an isolated incident, it's not. We've been complaining for years and it all falls on deaf ears, the guide has been this bad since I first subscribed back in 2008. As much as I like FiOS this is one huge negative.

Thanks for the reply Bobbo527. I was afraid that this was the case. I changed from DirecTV 6 months ago to FiOS TV due to the massive cost savings of Triple Play over what I was paying DirecTV monthly. TV picture and sound quality are about on par (and better considering no occasional weather related disruptions) but...
There is simply NO DVR software comparision. DirecTV is miles ahead of Verizon in user interface design, recording logic and logical workflow, and reliability.
Thanks again for the feedback!
