If I find a series under "more like this" feature and then select RECORD THIS SERIES it defaults to standard def channel rather than the parallel HD channel - so I either have to OPTION it to ALL CHANNELS and HD or I have to manually hunt it down in the Guide or by going to MENU > SEARCH. A royal pain!
P.S. BTW: What is it with CHAT support screen XXXXXXX out a lot of what I type in: My shipping address, my home phone number, some (non-offensive) words? How am I supposed to catch TYPOS if I cannot see my own typing? FEEDBACK is what it is called!!!
