When I am asked to sign in on cloud or e:Mail a black box about 1 1/2 inches high covers the area and blinks and I cannot see slots to enter info nor can I see the "submit" key unless I am lucky enough to hit it during a 1 second blink. It started this after a few months. A previous tablet did the same thing and Verizon store exchanged it for my current one. I have done all of the restart, deleting account and trying to start it back up.

I had the same issue and returned the tablet twice. I even called customer service and tried several fixes over an hour on the phone with no fix. Last resort I did a factory reset it was OK. However, I after an update of ALL aps and it happened again. I then did another reset and turned off auto update and updated aps one at a time and tested after update. I only updated the aps I use. I also downloaded the system update for the Ellipsis...have not had an issue since. Must have been one of the aps that I did not update that caused the issue??? Hope this helps.

I tried what was suggested in another post and it worked..go to my apps in Google play and uninstall the updates for "Android system webview", then change the application setting so it won't update again, and say yes to factory default.
