I googled this problem for hours and cannot find a solution. I've downloaded many apps that help with Bluetooth connectivity and none of them seem to achieve the connection I'm looking for. The Bluetooth keyboard specifically is the jelly comb mini Bluetooth keyboard. I've read somewhere that the lollipop Update affects some devices and their Bluetooth capabilities. Is there any validity to this rumor? Please help!
I don't have an answer for you, but an having a similar problem. The tablet works fine when paired with the keyboard/case that we bought with it from Verizon. But, when I pair my Bluetooth headset also..... It will not play video. Videos start and stop, change size randomly.
