Can't access my photos.
Photos has stopped. What does this mean?

I want to ensure your tablet device is working properly and that you’re able to successfully access your device photos.
Is this happening on your Ellipsis 8 tablet device? When did this problem begin? Had you recently downloaded any new applications or performed a software update on the device just before this started? Lastly, what exact steps do you take to access your device photos?
