Ellipse 7 Problem and Verizon will not help

went into local store twice, was sent away twice.  first time with the phone number listed, which I have called a hundred times, no exaggeration.  Each time I have left a message.  no one ever answers that line and no one ever returns the call.  I called verizon support and they ran diagnostics on the tablet.  I then worked with online chat and was told to go back to the store again b/c the unit is under a 1-year manufacturer warranty.  when I went to the store, again, i was told i had to write a letter to china!  this was bought in September/October and has not worked properly since January and has been unusable since March.  I have for months been trying to correct this problem.  no where else to turn but social media.

You have come to the right place, stephenkipp. I would love to do all I can do to help you with your Ellipsis tablet. What issue are you having with it?I ask this because the tablet warranty replacment is a little different than the cellphone warranty replacement.

purchased the end of September in central ave NY store it has been acting

up since march. does not keep charge, only goes on when plugged in, screen

freezes and twitches.

apologies. it's an ellipsis 8. the sku number is QTAQZ3. I just found the

receipt. it lists a 1 year mfg. warranty WAR6002. It was purchased on

9/21/15 and I have been working for almost 2 months for help.

Let’s start by checking your battery health status. Launch the My Verizon Mobile App, navigate to Menu then customer support, tap Device Health Check, tap View All, and now tap on Battery to see health status.
