My tablet was relaced twice after I got it for the "black line" issue which I managed to fix after not updating the Android System WebView ap . Since then I have had multiple issues with it randomly shutting down or freezing all together. One time it froze for more than half hour. I returned it once and Verizon said they replaced the motherboard. Since then I have called multiple times complaining about the same issue I see so many users complain about. I have reset it multiple times, put into safe mode, removed aps, etc. NOTHING has helped. My 1 year warranty is up in June. Short of tossng it in the trash, were it apparently belongs, what are my alternative???
