How do in delete message+?
If you're referring to integrated messaging, open the Verizon Messages app, tap Menu (three bars) in the upper left-hand corner, tap Settings, tap Disconnect Device, tap Disconnect.
If you're referring to the Verizon Messages app itself, it can't be removed but can be disabled by going to Settings > Application Manager > Message+ > Disable
