How do I add my apps to my SD card?

I have no idea how to add the few apps I have to my memory card.  I go to app management and I only get the option to uninstall.

Most apps can't be run from the SD card - that's why the option is not there.  You can use your card to store videos, photos, music, and other files, but not apps.
