I think the issue has been resolved by uninstalling the Amazon Appstore app
and reinstalling it, then doing the same for the apps I had the trouble
with. I only had this trouble with several apps, and I'm not sure why it
started.
Thanks

Tbone119, let's get to the bottom of this for you. After uninstalling and reinstalling the apps, are you still having any issues with the error message?

Everything seems to be good, but still have issues at times with
AccuWeather. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice or 3 times. The only
message I get is "this app will now close" right in the middle of looking
at it. Thanks

We appreciate you taking the time to follow up, Tbone119. Is this a preinstalled app or an app from the Google Play Store? Is RAM low at the time this occurs? ( Settings > Application Manager > Running > RAM free )

No, this is not a pre installed app, the free RAM varies between 215 and
300.
