Is MHL supoorted?

I'm trying to connect my tablet to my Samsung smart TV.  How do I connect using my HDMI port locates on my TV with the ellipsis 8 tablet? I've tried multiple adapters but nothing seems to work

My main goal is do do screen mirroring.  The only device that came close is Chromecast however the refresh rate is low if you do not cast from a chrome browser.

If MHL is supported were can I get one for this tablet?  The last device I purchased doesn't fit.
