We want you to be able to use your device with no issues. We're here to help figure out what's going on. Typically, we'd only see a device optimizing the apps after a software update or other change has been made. What device do you have? When did you begin noticing this issue? What changes(new software, new apps, etc.) have you recently made to your device?
