I have never put a pin and this is the second time it's done this. I went to Verizon 2 weeks ago and they brought it back to new. I can't get on it. What can I do to get it on it.

Do you have a Gmail account listed on the tablet? If so, here is a way that you can reset the password so that you may get back in: https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager
If you log in with your Gmail account information here, you can reset the password on the device.
